Container Body (Close Body)
This container has a height of 10 feet, width of 8 feet and length of 32 feet. This container is made of pure 16 gauge iron sheet. And we use iron in a good way. We use main channel (Rafta) sail company. And the main structure of the container is made very heavy.
TATA 3523
This Tata 3532 model truck has 12 tyres. This truck is open body and that too is specially made for carrying fruits and vegetables. Its cabin is completely made of wood so that the driver does not face any problem in driving the truck in summer. The cabin remains cool due to use of wood. The body sheet is of pure 12 gauge. The body angle is installed by Sail company. And for the body Batte, Saal company uses wood.
Structure (Conatiner 22 feet)
The base structure of this 22 foot container is ready. The main channel in it is of 4/2 sail company. And its Batte are also of 4/2. In this we have installed 14 Batte and 2 helper (support channel). And Kantrel (40/4) is installed.​
Close Body (Container) (10 wheels) TATA Truck
This is a Tata truck which had met with an accident. We have completely installed a new dashboard in it and a new cabin iron structure. Earlier this cabin was completely made of iron but after the accident we replaced it with a wooden cabin on the owner's request. We use good quality iron for making the iron structure (RANA Brand). And customer satisfaction is very important for us.
Cabin Look (Iner Side)
This is the inside design of the truck cabin. We make the cabin completely from wood. We use very good quality wood in the cabin. We prepare the cabin as per the choice of the truck owner. Whatever he says, after the cabin we use more board so that the cabin becomes strong and its life is longer. We always keep best quality salmaika and steel material for designing the cabin.
Truck Base Infrastructure
This is the base structure of the container, first of all the channel and then the angle and then iron sheet on top of it. We install the angle in such a way that there is no problem in sitting on the floor. We install the angle in a cross method so that it consumes maximum space and increases the strength of the floor, due to which there is no chance of sitting on the floor
Angel we use 40/4 and the Rakab of 5 soot we use 4/2 sail company channel floor we use 3mm. As per truck owner requirements
Before And After Work (Accidental)
We had built this truck 6 months before the accident but due to the accident this truck got stuck in another truck. So we replaced the dashboard (show) of this truck with a new one and repaired the entire cabin and replaced all other things with new ones so that it cannot be ascertained whether this truck had met with an accident or not.
Open Body Truck
It has an open body structure. It has 14 wooden Batte of Saal brand. Iron angles used in it are of Sail Company. 10 gauge iron sheet used in it. We always try to make the best truck bodies. Before making the truck, we ask the truck owner in detail about the way he wants to transport the goods and based on that we suggest what material to use.
